Samuel Ingelaere receives you in any discretion and simplicity in this showroom realized to measure. You can so come to cross one moment of conviviality in the center of the village of Guéthary, small Basque village at the edge of the ocean.

Ediswine Guéthary, it’s the possibility to learn and understand the wines and their universe.

During tasting, Samuel Ingelaere will guide you to the introduction of wines, grape variety and soils.

Ediswine Guéthary, it’s also the possibility to take advantage of the tasting in the lounge space.

A wine-list with more 700 references of wines is made available.

To go with wines, a menu is proposed, which is realized with some quality local products, selected by the best craftsperson of the region.

Twice a month, famous Sommelier and famous Chef will work together in the same place to offer you a unique moment. A short-lived duo with the same objective : enhance association between liquid and solid.

A restaurant space was created specially for these events with number of guests limited to 10 persons.

The Chef’s dishes are specially concocted for Ediswine Guéthary, the menu thus changes constantly, to give way to a perpetual discovery of the senses. It is the real moment of complicity that builds up itself with the Chef.
