In the year of his nomination by Gault & Millau, he achieved acclaim with Marc Veyrat, the first and only chef in the world to receive the highest ratings of 20/20 from the Gault & Millau guide and 3 stars from the Michelin Guide in the same year.
Thus, Samuel is a true ambassador of the finest French vineyards, notably due to the genuine connections he has formed with the most renowned winemakers.

A High-End “Oenological Concierge” Service

Since 2008, Samuel has offered a wide range of oenological consulting services: wine cellar audits, introductory courses and tastings, exclusive vineyard visits, and custom services.

In 2019, he formalized this with the creation of a prestigious club for enthusiasts with his partner Sylvain François.

Everything is set up to enhance the bottles, from their storage in the cellar to their tasting.
