The company Ediswine was created in 2008 following a huge demand from wine amateurs.

Samuel met them every day when he worked as a Chef Sommelier for the most prestigious tables in the country. Rewarded by the Gault and Millau Best Sommelier of France in 2005, Samuel Ingalaere acquired reputed skills in the conception of wine lists but also in food and wine mariage.

The year of his nomination for the Best Sommelier prize, Samuel Ingalaere worked for the prestigious Marc Veyrat restaurant. Marc Veyrat is the first and only Chef in the world who got the honour marks of 20/20 (Gault and Millau guide) and 3 Macarons (Michelin guide).

Samuel is thus a real ambassador of the most beautiful French Vineyards, especially because of a deep and true relation he succeeded in creating with renowned wine-growers.

Samuel Ingalaere’s mission is deeply rooted in the perception of feelings and senses in order to reveal the best of our cultural heritage: wine and local products.

Everything is set up to sublimate the bottles, since their cellaring until their tasting.

As ambassador of the best wines, Samuel Ingelaere has the desire to promote the French wine-growing region but also discover the wine-grower from the ends of the earth.

Thus, next challenges are a new showroom installation in Mexico in July 2017 in Playa Del Carmen, and other projects in Luxembourg and Oslo.
